We aim to make your experience with Nomás London smooth and transparent. Below you'll find our policies on shipping, delivery, and returns.

Shipping

  • Dispatch Time
    Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Delivery Options & Timeframes
    We offer tracked domestic and international shipping via trusted couriers (e.g. Royal Mail, DHL, UPS).

    • UK orders: Estimated delivery within 1–4 working days from dispatch

    • International orders: Estimated delivery within 5–10 working days (may vary depending on destination and customs)

  • Shipping Costs
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Customs & Import Duties
    For international orders, any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. These vary by country and are not included in our prices.

  • Tracking
    A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products — many of which are vintage, one-of-a-kind, or pre-owned — we do not accept returns unless an item is materially not as described.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will always do our best to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

  • Eligibility for a Return
    Returns are only accepted if:

    • The item received is significantly different from the description or photos

    • The item was damaged in transit (with photographic evidence provided immediately upon receipt)

  • Condition of Return
    Returned items must be:

    • In the same condition as received

    • Unworn and unaltered

    • Packaged securely with original materials

  • Refunds
    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
