Shipping
Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.Delivery Options & Timeframes
We offer tracked domestic and international shipping via trusted couriers (e.g. Royal Mail, DHL, UPS).UK orders: Estimated delivery within 1–4 working days from dispatch
International orders: Estimated delivery within 5–10 working days (may vary depending on destination and customs)
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. These vary by country and are not included in our prices.Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products — many of which are vintage, one-of-a-kind, or pre-owned — we do not accept returns unless an item is materially not as described.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will always do our best to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
Eligibility for a Return
Returns are only accepted if:The item received is significantly different from the description or photos
The item was damaged in transit (with photographic evidence provided immediately upon receipt)
Condition of Return
Returned items must be:In the same condition as received
Unworn and unaltered
Packaged securely with original materials
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
